Job Description

Responsible for technical ownership of the product/project and support manufacturing operations team (both in-house and at supplier place) in quick resolution of technical problems.

Job includes concept development, requirement elicitation, design calculation, FMEA, Prototyping, verification & validation planning, risk management and resolution of field and manufacturing issues.

Desired Candidate profile

Must have experience in the product development of systems in refrigeration and air-conditioning or in automotive/industrial domain.
Must have exposure of leading a cross functional team for the development of one product variants.
Must be good in making technical proposal for the new concepts/products ideas
Must be good in problem solving
Must have had exposure to interact with third party agencies such supplier, external labs for certification etc.
Exposure to six sigma technique is preferred
Excellent Communication and presentation skills

Technical Telephonic round
System test (2-3 hrs)
Customer interview (telephonic/face2face)

This job requires well organized young talented diploma / degree graduates with hard working attitude, strong basics of computers, MS office products is required. The individual is expected to follow instructions and deliver the project on time.
